How will the Haylee Mattress be delivered to me?

Once an order is placed by you, we will arrange for the delivery of your order through our delivery partner, Lalamove.

All Haylee Mattresses are delivered in a convenient shipping box at the delivery time frame selected by you during checkout. Our delivery partner will deliver the mattress to your doorstep, but will not be able to enter your home or private premises to move or set up your mattress.

However, we know that sometimes you just need a teeny-weeny bit more assistance to set up the mattress.

If you think you'll need help setting up your new Haylee mattress, no worries! Simply send us an email at hello@haylee.sg with your order number upon placing your order, and request for us to give you a helping hand to get your mattress set up for many thousand nights of terrific sleep!

For customers that have placed their orders to have the mattress delivered to them on the same day, we will be able to arrange for our friendly Haylee unboxing experts to help you set up your mattress in 2 working days. This service is available from Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm, except Public Holidays. For orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Public Holidays, please expect additional processing time for us to arrange someone to do the unboxing for you.
